please be informed that check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is noon 12pm

In case of cancellations:

Reservations must be canceled 72hrs before check-in time(3 pm). although note that your prepayment is non-refundable if cancellation happen after this time. and you can instead reschedule your stay

in case of cancellation before this time the payment is refundable, but there is a  5% fees will be cutted 

Smoking is prohibited within the property
